Ian is the solicitor responsible for overseeing the Probate, Wills and trust department and specialising in charity law matters. Ian graduated from Bristol University in 1969 with a 2.1 Degree in law and was admitted as a solicitor in 1972. He practised with a London Firm of solicitors and after several years there as a partner dealing with commercial conveyancing and probate work he moved to Eastbourne with his family in 1987. Ian worked with Brian Russell for 9 years and from Brian's retirement he joined Lawson Lewis & Co as a partner in 1996. Ian retired from the partnership in 2008 but remains as a full time consultant.
